Upon meeting him he seemed to be attentive during a pre sentencing interview. This turns out not to be the case. From both references he contacted (just days before sentencing) I was told he had grossly misquoted them. Also a large portion of my sentencing was due to his report which also made some large gaps from my answering his questions to his assumption of guilt. Overall it was written as if rushed much like a 7th grade book report. After release he was my officer to whom I would report for my probationary period. He apparently broke rules by conducting a number of my reporting over the phone. I found this out when I asked if these could continue to his replacement after he vanished.
